What is Situational Awareness?
Situational Awareness refers to the degree of accuracy by which one's perception of his current environment mirrors reality.
Enerdyne's intelligence systems provide both surveillance and reconnaissance functions that raise situational awareness. Systems offered require high-resolution imagery available from highly mobile surveillance platforms. As these systems move towards improved resolution and increased frame rates, the requirement for more bandwidth increases significantly. Efficient video compression algorithms, modulation schemes, forward-error correction, and RF transport are key features and strengths of Enerdyne’s products.
Enerdyne works closely with systems integrators and OEMs in developing cost-effective approaches to traffic monitoring and other intelligence collection applications. Enerdyne’s experience includes integration of our video and data multiplexing solutions with existing infrastructure networks.
