All Enerdyne products include a twelve-month warranty from the date of shipment of the product. Details of Product Warranty are specified in Enerdyne’s standard Terms and Conditions. In the event a problem is encountered during the warranty period, customers should contact Enerdyne to initiate the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process at rma@enerdyne.com. Please provide the unit Model Number or Part Number and the Serial Number as well as a written description of the symptoms and problems you are experiencing. Out-of-warranty product(s) require a purchase order prior to the issuance of RMA confirmation. Enerdyne provides a fixed repair price when service is required. Send an e-mail to rma@enerdyne.com with the unit Model Number or Part Number and the Serial Number as well as a written description of the symptoms and problems you are experiencing.
